Your TEAM Session is a structured, intentional time for your team to gather and process each level of the experience, and then to begin formulating plans for implementing lasting change while still at the conference.

A facilitation guide, that is an extension of the Implementation Plan, will be part of your notebook. This will provide guidance for your team to work through during TEAM time. We trust that this time will start to tie your team’s learnings together and bring into focus what next steps look like.
