Session 1 – Growing Up a Leader
Begin your day of learning and interaction by engaging in a self-discovery process and marking defining moments on your leadership path. Move to a centred place in accepting and using your gifts. Finally, commit to being a steward of your life with excellence, embracing and using the gifts God has given you—for His Kingdom.

Session 2 – Doing the Work
Women leaders face unique challenges as they lead in the church. This session explores the vital importance of navigating these challenges wisely in order to lead most effectively. Leaning on real-life scenarios, you’ll look at three important areas of focus: self-awareness, communication, and managing power.

Session 3 – Finding Your Voice as a Leader
You’ll determine where you need to focus in order to identify and best use your unique God-given leadership voice.

Session 4 – Creating a Life That Works
Women who lead and teach face unique challenges and demands as they work to craft a fulfilling, sustainable life. Whether you’re single, married, or raising children, you’ll find experienced counsel in creating a rhythm of life that serves God, your family and friends, and your calling.
