In 2009, we were able to host four Gifted to Lead events across Canada. The feedback has been overwhelming and we have discovered that there is a great need to envision, equip and encourage women with spiritual gifts and abilities in leadership. It has provided intentional development as women interact with, and learn from, others who also want to develop and use their God-given gifts on behalf of His work through the local church. Recently, we were able to take some time to interview Nancy Beach as well as two other Canadian women leaders. May this continue to inspire you on your journey of becoming a leader of influence in Canada.
